Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your first payment
Refunds are available to first-time subscribers only
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has passed
Refunds are not available for renewal charges
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@turkolister.co.uk with:

The email address used for purchase
Your order or license key reference
Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)

We process refund requests within 3 business days. Funds are returned via the original payment method (Stripe) within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
