You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key. Do not share your license key. Each license key is valid for use on one device at a time.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service according to your plan:
Listing counts reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused listings do not carry over.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you list comply with eBay's policies and applicable law. We do not review or approve your listings.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@turkolister.co.uk for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for subsequent billing cycles.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
We aim to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

The Service interacts with third-party platforms (eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, Etsy, Temu, OpenAI). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. Their terms of service apply to your use of those platforms.
eBay may change its API, policies, or product categories at any time. We will endeavour to keep the Service updated, but cannot guarantee compatibility if eBay makes breaking changes.
The TurkoLister Pro software, branding, and documentation are owned by Okyanusi Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (your product listings, descriptions). By using AI features to generate content, you accept OpenAI's usage policies.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the extension.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@turkolister.co.uk to resolve disputes informally.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
